(PEACE IN JESUS LUTHERAN CHURCH) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To convert an existing 2,880 square foot tenant space to a church. Evidently this tenant space was formerly occupied by a furniture store. This building has a total floor area of about 20,500 square feet. The entire building is to be fully fire sprinklered in the future, per an upgrade agreement, under a separate permit (see permit BLD09-02299). Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, new metal exterior doors, and a steel header at an enlarged doorway in an existing masonry wall.
