This building is fully fire sprinklerd any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. NOTE: sprinkler modifications are required due to removal of the existing ceiling in the sales floor area. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.
