This project is to include the removal of the existing interior basement stair and adding a new covered exterior stair to the basement. ESC plan requirement waived due to the true placement of this project. The project will also include the addition of a new 352s.f. bedroom suite and a 63s.f. entry vestibule and a covered breezeway to a new 272s.f. garage that includes 154s.f. of attic storage that is accessed by a fold down ladder. The existing 300s.f. + garage at the rear will be razed. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and ESC permits are required. R-1A approved by Colleen Carroll.
