Work to include: To install approximately 58.25 lineal feet, 16'-8" high, 12 FT. rack, open rack steel storage racking in the receiving area; approximately 168 linel feet, 7'-0" high, 6 FT. Gondola display shelving in the merchandise sales area per engineered approved plans. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. EACH RACKING SYSTEM SHALL HAVE A PLAQUE LOCATED AT EACH RACKING SYSTEM STATING THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT TO BE STORED ON THAT PERTICULAR RACKING SYSTEM PER THE ENGINEERS CRITERIA STATED ON THE PLANS FOR EACH RACKING SYSTEM. Shell permit done under BLD09-01007. Tenant Improvement permit done under BLD09-01275. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered; any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
