This project is for an extensive remodel that is to include the relocation of the kitchen area behinf the attached garage; relocate the laundry area to the existing kitchen; a bathroom to the laundry area allowing for a larger laundry area, bathroom and better hallway to the master bedroom. the project will include the infill of select interior non bearing partitions to close off the new laundry area from the kit/dining area and location a partition to create a new bedroom off of the living room area. the project iwll also include the replacement of the existing aluminum windows with energy compliant windows.
