(IDAHOSTEL) This building is fire sprinklered for height and story increase. To remodel an existing 1,780 square foot tenant space and to convert it to a hostel with potentially 24 beds. This tenant space is located on the 1st story of the Idaho Building and will have both required means of egress to the exterior at grade. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 toilet/shower rooms accessible to the disabled, 1 shower room not accessible to the disabled, high/low drinking fountains, an interior concrete ramp, millwork, and finishes. In addition, an existing 2-hr fire-resistance-rated stairway enclosure will be expanded and a 90 minute egress door installed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Quick-response fire sprinklers are required throughout this tenant space. **CJW**
