The existing 10,365 square foot building, on the northwest corner will be remodeled into a showroom and sales area. The existing 4,860 square foot, premanufactured steel building on the south west corner will be converted into a parts storage and sales area. A new 11,815 pre-engineered steel building addition will be constructed on the southeast side of the building for a service area and a 3,045 square foot, wood framed addition will be constructed to tie all of the building together. This area will contain a retail area, parts and service managers offices, tire storage, parts storage and part of the parts tech area. This permit also includes related site improvements.
