This project is for the use of an existing foundation at the rear of an existing single family dwelling. The new area will be opened up to the basement family room that will allow for the removal of the existing concrete stair to this new area. There will be a new floor and deck area constructed at the main floor level over this new basement area that will have a new stairway from grade to the new deck elevation. There is to be a new fully engineered un-conditioned all season sun room of 180s.f. There will be a new doorway with header installed to allow access through new patio doors from the kitchen dining room area.
