(SLRMC, 4th Floor) Remodel of existing 704 sq. ft. area currently used for break/Conference and Office to create new PEDS Mngr Office, Conference Room and Laundry Room from part of existing office all per reviewed plans. Work includes: Selective nonstructural interior demolition; construct an interior partition wall to deck to separate the new PED directors office from the new Break/Conference room; construct an interior partition wall to deck to separate a new laundry closet from an existing office; Installation of a suspended ceiling system in the new office; new doors and associated hardware; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; installation of new lighting; new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered based on occupancy use group. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
