Repair or remove both of the exit signs, remove the thumbturn lock on the east exit door, provide approved single action hardware on the east exit door, provide automatic flush bolts and sticker on one pair of the north exit doors. The other pair shall have no locking device, including manual flush bolts. Single action hardware for both leaves of doors would be ok.
