(TREASURE VALLEY PEDIATRICS - ST. LUKE'S REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - SOUTH TOWER - SUITE #401) This building is fire sprinklered for the I Occupancy located on the lower floors. To remodel a portion of the 4th story for a new 3,828 square foot medical office. This medical office tenant space will include some former common waiting area and most of a former medical office. The remaining portion of the former medical office is not approved for occupancy under this permit. A separate permit is required to establish occupancy for that area. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, expanding an existing restroom to include a shower accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, ceiling soffits, new suspended ceiling tiles, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
