Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, expanding an existing restroom to include a shower accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, ceiling soffits, new suspended ceiling tiles, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
