The plans are failed for the following reasons: A 20' setback is required along the east property line that abuts a public street. The driveway may not exceed 33' in the front 20' required setback. The interior demensions of the garage must be 20' X 20'. The driveway must be setback a minimum of 50' from an intersection or public street (see Section 11-10-04.03 (I) for diagram. A variance is necessary for the street side yard setback. I spoke to the aplicant and they may not go through with the building permit.
