Approved as redlined; the site shall access Holly Street only and shall not access Marden Street. The south property line shall be landscaped as per the landscape plan on file dated stamped recevied 9-22-09. the Chimneys shall not exceed 35 feet in height and the building permit does not include the detached future pool house. I have talked with the applicant (7-28-10) and they said to redline the chimney heights to 35 feet and they understand the other conditons.
