spoke with Elizabeth Vo from Allay Spa. She said the GC, Wellman Construction, defauleted on their contract and didn't complete some finish work and carpentry. She doesn't know what the breakdown was for the subcontractors because the GC contracted with them. I told her just to fill out what she has paid Wellman construction and I will continue to try to contact Wellman for the breakdown. //Wellman Construction put on hold until complete final cert of value submitted to Boise City.
