(FIRE REPAIR - El Dorado Condo's) To demo and repair a Fire damage unit in an existing retirement apartment building to the condition prior to the fire including: Demo all fire damaged areas; demo all water damaged areas; replace all sheetrock; re-insulate; reset doors; replace carpeting/flooring to original; dry affected area's and remediate any mold issues; electrical work; mechanical work and miscellaneous finish work. Exterior work to include: demo and re-build/replace the existing carport(s) with same materials as original per Engineering and electrical work as needed. All construction shall be per chapter 34 of the 2006 IBC, the approved plans, attached plan review report, and the structural inspector's approval. NOTE: Separate permits are required for the installation of electrical and mechanical. This building is fully Fire sprinklered. No work is proposed to the existing Fire Sprinkler system. All penetrations and/or openings of any Fire-resistant-rated assemblies shall comply with the 2006 IBC. (See plan review report) **SRZ**
