Life safety passed. What has been marked as an office in the basement actually has a sign showing it is a conference room. Plan review did not answer the phone so per my understanding of the code the 364 sq. ft. room can be divided by 15 sq. ft. per occupant which is 25 occupants. This is under the 50 person threshold for doors swinging out and panic hardware requirements.
