(**VANILLA FINISH**) Permit is to remodel an existing 5,159 square foot office warehouse tenant space to become two new tenant spaces with a common area for access to the restrooms and exit at the rear of the space. This tenant space will be 1,859 square feet with a common area serving it that is approximately 1,104 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached plan review report. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two separate tenant spaces and to create a common corridor, installation of chain link fence to define an exit path, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. Remove the thumbturn lock on the main exit for tenant 417 and provide with keyed/sticker as discussed or provide approved single action hardware. Relocate the exit sign that is mounted on the corridor ceiling down to the header leading into the rear exit. Provide a mounted/tagged fire extinguisher and sticker at the main exit in tenant 415.
