This project is for the repair and reconstruction after extensive fire damage to the garage and attached single family dwelling. The project will include the reconstruction of the garage, reconstruction of the breezeway connecting to the single family dwelling that suffered fire damage to select wall and roof framing. All interior wall finishes will be replaced, i.e. insulation, drywall, electrical, plumbing as needed. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical permits are required.
