(GOODY'S TOY STORE) (DRH10-00069) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 1,216 square foot building for a new retail sales tenant. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, a new concrete exterior ramp accessible to the disabled, an interior nonbearing wall, new exterior windows, a new exterior door, new exterior handrails, and interior finishes. The North and South exterior walls will be upgraded to 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction with fire exposure expected only on the interior side of the walls. Interior bearing walls and beams will be upgraded to 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction with fire exposure expected on both sides of walls and on both sides and the bottom of beams. The ceiling will be upgraded to 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction with fire exposure expected from below the ceiling. The basement is not approved for any occupancy, including storage, except that mechanical equipment which serves the building is allowed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
