(DF Solutions) Permit is to remodel an existing 6,155 square foot warehouse / office tenant space with a 450 square foot mezzanine to comply as an individual space. There was a vanilla finish permit pulled under BLD08-00548 that separated this space off from the overall building, however, at that time the permit was just for the demising walls and an additional permit (this permit) would be required to establish occupancy. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing wall to create a fully accessible bathroom, installation of new accessible high / low drinking fountain, installation of new floor sink, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **TLW**
