Work to include: Remove existing damaged gypsum wall board on the interior side of the unit walls; mold mediation and restoration if needed; replace and add wall cavity and ceiling insulation as needed; install new vapor barrier and 5/8" Type X gypsum wall board, tape, texture, and paint; replace the sliding glass door and header per engineering; and all other work per the insurance estimate on file. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklerd with a NFPA 13-R fire sprinkler system. Any modifications to the fire sprinkler system must be approved by the fire inspector.
