(Wilson & McColl) This building is fire sprinklered for code trade-offs. To construct a 2,625 square foot office tenant space on the 2nd story of a 21,000 square foot 3 story building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, and finishes. The restrooms, drinking fountain, and service sink were installed under the shell permit (BLD07-03134). All work per the approved plans, the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This building is Fully Fire Sprinkered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall comply and be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
