(Subway - Fisher Retail Building) - To build-out for the first time a new 1,578 square foot restaurant in an existing shell building (BLD08-02428). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new concrete slab floor, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two fully accessible restrooms for men/women; installation of new accessible restroom fixtures, accessible counter, new grid ceiling with lights, new plumbing, new mop sink, new mechanical, installation of new HVAC unit on an existing roof curb, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and all applicable codes. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. This building is not fire sprinklered. A Certificate of Occupancy with the occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved.**SRZ**

I spoke with Bob with Habitec Architecture and verified the ACHD impact reciept that the permit counter is requesting prior to permit issuance. I found a note from Permit Technician Pat Smith on Oct. 14th requesting the ACHD reciept prior to permit issuance. I also spoke with plan reviewer TIm Woodard about this. He stated that he spoke with Mr. Fisher at a pre-application meeting about contacting ACHD for possible fees. I gave Bob ACHD's telephone number and requested he speak directly with them and asked to contact Barbara Stitt ounce ACHD is satisfied. SRZ
