(CREATIVE ACCESS ART CENTER) This building is fire sprinklered to allow the open basement and for fire area reasons. To remodel an existing building for a new office tenant (7,104 square foot 1st story and 7,141 square foot basement). Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, upgrades to the exterior ramp, and a high/low drinking fountain accessible to the disabled. The access to an existing freight elevator on both the basement and 1st story levels will be walled up. The basement is approved for storage only. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. A new fire sprinkler service will be provided to serve the existing fire sprinkler system that is currently served through the building on the South, across a property line. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. As an office occupancy, quick-response heads are required throughout the 1st story. **CJW**
