(M2M Communications) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 16,720 sq. ft. building. M2M communications currently occupies 7,627 sq. ft. and expanding into the adjacent 4,475 sq. ft. space making their total occupied space 12,102 sq. ft.. The new area will be used for additional office space and will include two accessible restrooms, a break room and a small conference room. Three new offices will also be constructed in the existing tenant space. Work will include the construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls suspended ceilings, new HVAC on existing curbs with associated ducting, plumbing and electrical work. An existing overhead door will be removed at the west end of the new tenant area and will be infilled with a new store front per CZC10-00205. The exterior walls will also be furred out with steel studs on the interior surface for envelope compliance. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the City of Boise Fire Department.
