Exterior repair work to include: Remove the existing front porch; repair the front wall at the location of impact per engineered drawings; remove existing doors and windows at the impact location and replace with steel full glass doors, self closing hinges, and lever hardware; re-trim windows and doors; patch and add a new coat of stucco to the front of the building; replace and rebuild the front porch per engineered plans. Interior repair work to include: Demolish damaged section of wall, beam, and south east ceiling and replace with new; replace post and beam with steel per engineering; add concrete footings under new posts; patch and/or replace damaged flooring; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; and all other work per the approved plans, Engineering, and structural inspectors approvals. **SRZ**
