(NORTHEND ORTHODONTICS - FIRST STORY) Planning approval done under CZC10-00210. This site is located in the floodplain. This building is not fire sprinklered. To convert the 1,386 square foot main story of a former house to an orthodontics office. The 1,370 square foot basement is a separate tenant space and is NOT approved for occupancy, including storage, under this permit. A separate permit is required for the basement to do any construction and to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. All residential uses in this building are abandoned. Work is to include constructing interior walls, removing an interior wall and replacing it with a beam, upgrading an existing restroom to be accessible to the disabled, widening doors, constructing an exterior concrete ramp, placing concrete topping slabs on existing concrete landings and perhaps concrete stairway treads, and installing millwork. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
