Because the windows and door to be blacked out aren't facing Overland Road and won't constitute a structural change to the exterior of the structure, I have signed off on the building permit application without a zoning certificate required. Current parking ordinance standards for a health club are 1/250. The old parking ordinance would have required the building to meet a 1/250 for office or a retail use. Staff believes the site should meet parking requirements. SMS
