Calvary Chapel - Tent Structure - Install an 1,800 sq. ft. steel frame support structure with NFPA 701 fire resistive certified membrane cover with non-bearing wood frame infill walls at required exits, installing (3) new 3' x 7' swinging exit doors with panic hardware; install emergency lighting, exit signage and interior light fixture's; install (2) HVAC units on exterior ends of tent membrane structure, enclosed with weatherproofed frame walls and ducted into the tent structure. This is an approved temporary structure for more than 180 days while new Phase I construction of new education building (under separate permit) is performed. Energy code compliance was not required. Installation for wind load design per analysis and details by Brian Sielaff, Tamarack Grove Engineering. Per agreement attached to this plan and building permit, this facility is not to be occupied at any time there is snow on the enclosing membrane as declared by Steve Carlson, Church Administrator, Calvary Chapel of Boise.CUP10-00034 drs
