Provide keyed hardware on the main exit door. The manual lock is not allowed. provide sticker "door to remain unlocked when building is occupied" at the main exit. provide exit sign per review comments and IFC 1027.3. Provide revised floor plan which includes the upper storage area. Provide annual inspection for all fo the fire extinguishers. Remove the existing non functional non required fire alarm system.
