(Glenbrook Apartments - repair) To repair an exterior portion of an existing wood frame lower level apartment due to a vehicular collision incident. Work to include: shore the floor above until work is complete; repair the exterior deck column-wall; repair or replace the exterior 2nd floor deck joist above the dislodged column-wall; replace all damaged stud wall framing members; install a new pressure treated sill plate at both sides of the door for as far as the damage occurred; install new trimmer and king studs at each side of the door and window; replace windows, the main exterior egress door, drywall replacement, insulation replacement, minor electrical, and the exterior stucco wall covering; and all other work per the approved plans, engineering, the insurance scope of work letter, and the Structural Inspector's approvals. **SRZ**
