Description	(Shell & Core – Fire Pump Room) Permit is to upgrade an existing fire riser room to be fully rated and comply with the other provisions of a Fire Pump Room (Last occupied by BMC West Door Plant). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create the rated fire pump room, installation of new accessible door / hardware, installation of new mechanical vents, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Any racking installed exceeding 8 ft. in height will require a separate racking permit. TLW
