This project is for the Razing of an existing detached accessory structure along with constructing a new 504s.f. detached garage in its place. The project will also include the addition to the main level of an existing duplex the addition will be 178s.f. of kitchen area. the interior stair for the upper level will be reconstructed per new requirements. The existing siding will be removed and rigid insulation will be installed over it then new siding will be applied. As the windows will be replaced, the new window replacement policy will be in effect. R-1CH ok per DRH1000273 by Mathew Halitsky. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked energy option #1 and the plan review notes. pep

I explained that with another inspection by the structural inspection division ca allow for 6-months more to complete the garage work as the DRH final cannot be completed without garage work being finaled by the planning division..
