First story / 887 sq.ft. Second story) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, approximately 240 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 1,019 sq. ft. attached garage. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report, Engineering and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class “A” non-combustible roof system with protection of eaves, soffits, facias, and exterior walls is required. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
