The major portion of the warehouse roof structure was kept, as well as, a section of the north exterior double tee concrete walls and some interior bearing walls. This permit also includes related site improvements. The warehouse is constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior wall with a wood framed roof. The office portion of the building is constructed on nocombustible metal framing and metal stud walls and partitions. First Floor: 76,435 sq. ft. + 1,185 sq. ft. storage mezzanine Second Floor (all office) 10,845 sq. ft. Building Total: 87,280 sq. ft.. The foundation was done under permit BLD10-02676.
