To enlarge an existing 657 square foot conference room to 814 square feet creating an A-3 Occupancy within an existing 4,534 square foot office tenant space. The size of the tenant space will NOT increase. Security features will also be added. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, new self-closing and self-latching 20 minute fire doors with card reader security and automatic openers/closers in existing 1-hr corridor walls, panic hardware, a glazed service window with a pass-through opening and speak-through device, a new break room sink, and millwork. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The existing restrooms on this story were upgraded to be accessible to the disabled under permit BLD06-02701. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
