**(SIDE SHOW TATTOO)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 1,790 square foot retail / office building. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building was originally permitted to be a mercantile under BLD03-00294 (Inside-Out Decor), the building was approved for non-separated uses for B’s and M's. It was determined, through conference with the Building Official (Jason Blais), that there is no reason not to allow this change of occupancy under this permit. There are no differences to the space whether it is a B or an M at this time. Future codes may have differences therefore this is a onetime only approval. TLW
