Spoke with Jeremy Bastow the Architect for this project about the intended use of this structure. He stated for the time being it would be used and occupied as a pump storage/maintenance/storage building but, at some time in the future the owners wanted to use it as a meeting place. I verified with him this permit is not for the future assembly use and that future permits for the change of occupancy will be required. He agreed. I requested him to let the applicant know and red-lined the plans to state "No assembly use allowed. All future work noted on the plans will require separate permits." Also got his permission to red-line the slab edge insulation on wall sections. Slab edge insulation is required to extend from the top of the slab. SRZ
