There were a couple of changes from the HPC approval. The awning over the front entry door is not yet in place due to the weather. Staff is comfortable with the applicant getting this finished after zoning sign off.

Additionally, there were changes to the windows. One window was not constructed in the north elevation due to the placement of the shower on the interior. The patterning on the windows was also changed from the proposed 6/1 to 3/1. The window patterning placed on the addition can be found in the historic home. The architect submitted a letter with the information and staff has uploaded the letter to the DR file for future use if questions arise. (DRH10-00281)
