Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. Repair the two exit signs in the sales area. Repair or provide new exit sign and emergency lighting in the warehouse area. The smoke evac system functioned correctly but when the duct smoke detector was tested it did not shut down the hvac unit and it did not report to the fire alarm panel.
