(T-MOBILE - BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE 1185) To remodel an existing 1,087 square feet retail tenant space. Work to include: installation of interior non-bearing partition walls to create a stockroom, installation of new flooring throughout, modification below the bulkhead to the existing storefront system, new lighting, new cabinetry, and interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.**TLW**
