Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an egress corridor, a service area, two dressing rooms, and a stock room, relocate existing sinks in restrooms to comply with code, provide accessible counter, installation of new lighting, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
