After sending out 1st notice for final value it came to our attention that BEM Construction did not do the work for this project. Somehwere along the line after permit was issued the contractor was switched to an unlicensed contractor. As the permit is now finaled we must leave the information as it currently is. The new contractor is listed in the people section under "other". Final values are to be handled by Kelly Burrows.
