This permitted project is for the construction related to the work done to an existing duplex.to modify select dwelling unit separation walls to complete and confirm the placement of townhouse separations per the approved drawings. This separation is per requirement to allow for the new subdivision (SUB10-00020). With the issuance of this permit and BDD11-00187 will allow for the final plat to be approved.
