(HAIR AT THE HOFF - HOFF BUILDING - 1ST STORY) Fire sprinklers required because this is a high rise building. To complete work required under permit BLD05-03418 and to otherwise prepare a 1,421 square foot tenant space for occupancy by a new styling salon tenant. This tenant space is located on the 1st story of a historic high rise building. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. Work is to include upgrading a restroom to be accessible to the disabled, making the reception counter accessible to the disabled, creating an interior accessible ramp between floor levels, and providing a ventilated nail station. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A tempory occupancy was allowed under MIS11-00026 while this permit was processed. **CJW**
