Work to include select interior demolition, upgrading an existing wall to meet an alternate method fire wall, adding a fire alarm/voice evacuation system, new emergency lighting, reconstructing an egress stairway in conjunction with new exterior exit door, constructing an interior vestibule, and modify electrical, sprinkler and alarm systems. NOTE: Alternate approval regarding fire wall attached to this case. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for for allowable area increase with modification on both sides of fire wall for increase of wall integrity per the approved alternate. drs
