(THE BRICKYARD) Fire sprinklers used for story and area increase. To combine two restaurant spaces into one 5,265 square foot bar and restaurant (4,270 square foot 1st story and 1,095 square foot basement). The basement is approved only for office and storage use, not assembly. The “Green Room” is NOT approved for public assembly. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a staff restroom accessible to the disabled, new exterior door, new exterior windows, new interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The public restrooms and the grease hood were installed under permit BLD04-01146. Structural work was done under permit BLD10-02918. All work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
