Micron Building 50 - Fab 4 R&D Building - (Foundation and Underground Utilities Only) - This permit is issued to pour footings and foundation and do underground utilities for the future construction of Micron Building #50. The foundation work will include pouring a reinforced concrete mat floor, two foot wide reinforced concrete foundation wall and two foot by two foot reinforced concrete columns that will support future pre-cast concrete waffle floor system. The column will be placed at 16 inches on center. The subfab floor lever will be 25.5 feet below the main fab floor level. The floor area of the subfab is 71,205 sq. ft.. This permit also includes the electrical grounding system that is poured into the 32 inch mat floor foundation. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
