Carl Madsen still has not been contacted about the plan changes and the exit sign emergency light was not installed in the main office area as per plans. Emergency lighting has not been provided in the warehouse as required. I also spoke to the tenant about the need for single action hardware for the exterior exit doors in the warehouse area.

Provide 2A10BC fire extinguishers. One for the office area and atleast two for the warehouse area. Provide with current inspection tag at 48"AFF. Contact Carl Madsen to verify if resubmital is required for additional wall and use change in Trash Area. Provide all marked exit signs with emergency lights as discussed. Repair ermergency light in Corridor 111. PRovide sticker at the main exit. Remove the two fire alarm devices.
