Copy of written request from Interfaith Sanctuary to reduce scope of work for this project received from Bab Archibald. I attached the PDF copy of the letter to this building permit and removed the change out of the 5 ton HVAC unit to a 4 ton HVAC unit from the body of the permit and provided an explanation at the bottom of permit.
